BMC Clerk Recruitment 2024: For the purpose of hiring clerks, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has begun to accept online applications. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply online at portal.mcgm.gov.in, the official BMC website. September 8, 2024 is the deadline for registering for the position.
The goal of this hiring process is to fill 1,846 vacancies as executive assistants.

Click on the "Careers" or "Prospectus" section on the homepage
Click on "Online Application Form for Executive Assistant (Previous Designation:Clerk)" on the next page
Select the "Registration" button and fill out the form
Click "Submit" and save the form
Take a printout for future reference
"All candidates (including those from the backward class) who meet the age requirement and other eligibility requirements specified for unreserved (open) general posts are considered eligible for recommendation," the official notification in Marathi states. Candidates from reserved categories are encouraged to apply for positions that fit their profile. Nonetheless, the application must correctly reference their initial category information."
A Rs 1,000 application fee must be paid by those seeking the positions. On the other hand, candidates from the reserved category must pay a lower application cost of Rs 900. Kindly be aware that there is no refund for this cost.

Ex-Servicemen: 15%
Project Victims: 5%
Affected by Earthquakes: 2%
Players: 5%
Part-time Graduates (Educated Unemployed): 10%
Orphans: 1%
Disabled: 4%
For Unreserved (Open) Category: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 38 years
For Backward Category Candidates: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 43 years
