Ludhiana youth dies of ‘drug overdose’
An 22-year-old youth died of alleged drug overdose at Lakhowal in Ludhiana.
The deceased has been identified as Gopi Kumar of Lakhowal village of Ludhiana district.The body of the deceased was found near farms on Sunday.
The police said a preliminary investigation revealed that it was a case of drug overdose death. According to father of the deceased Gopi had been taking drugs for several years.
The post-mortem examination of the deceased will be performed on Monday morning.
