Man Cuts Cake With Picture Of A Goat Instead Of An Actual Goat On Eid

If you haven't already guessed, it's Eid. India began the celebrations of Eid al-Adha 21 August and will end it on the evening of Wednesday, 22 August. People sacrifice sheep and goats on this day and then invite their friends and family for a delectable meal.
A buyer at a bakery says, “The custom of sacrificing an animal on Bakrid is not right. I appeal to everyone to celebrate the festival by cutting a cake instead of an animal.”
A guy in Lucknow is preparing to cut a cake instead of goats and sheep. The hope is that this eco-friendly way of celebrating Bakrid will encourage more and more people to do something along similar lines.
‘The custom of sacrificing an animal on Bakrid is not right. I appeal to everyone to celebrate the festival by cutting a cake instead of an animal,’ a buyer said.
