Mohammad Shami booked for attempt to murder, domestic violence
An FIR was registered against Senior Indian pacer Mohammad Shami on Friday, who has been under the scanner ever since his wife accused him of domestic violence and extramarital affairs. Seven charges have been levelled against the India pacer, one of them being attempt to murder by "food poisoning and physical attack". A rape charge has been levelled against Shami's elder brother. Shami has been charged under section 498 A, 323, 307, 376, 506, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Hasin on Thursday when she even accused him of match-fixing, claiming he took money from a Pakistani girl named Alishba, which was delivered to him by a man called Mohammad Bhai, who stays in the UK. Speaking to a news channel, Hasin said that Shami can also cheat the country the way he has done with her. When told about Shami reacting to her allegations as a conspiracy against him, Hasin told a news channel that, "Shami is the one who is a liar. I feel there's a conspiracy from Shami's end. Or it could also be a conspiracy from Pakistan. " Hasin added, "Because Alishba is a girl who lives in Karachi in Pakistan. Shami calls her, books a room for her, has relations with her. Then Shami tells that Alishba also gave him money. Mohammad Bhai, who stays in UK, got money delivered through Alishba to Shami. " Meanwhile, Shami has refuted all these allegations saying this is a conspiracy against him by someone who wants to spoil his game.
