The Bombay High Court on Tuesday began hearing on Aryan Khan's bail application in the Mumbai cruise drugs case.
NCB To Launch A Vigilance Probe Against Sameer Wankhede After Being Accused Recently Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi, who is appearing for Aryan Khan, said he had received a copy of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)'s reply on bail plea. "I received a copy of the NCB's reply on the bail plea this afternoon, and I filed a rejoinder," Rohatgi stated. Advocate Mukul Rohatgi arguing for Aryan Khan in the Bombay High Court said: "The NCB was present in some strength at the terminal. They had some information and we're there to apprehend. My client Aryan Khan and Arbaaz were apprehended before they could board the ship. Nothing was recovered from my client (Aryan Khan) and they have nothing to show he consumed anything either. There was no occasion to arrest my client, short and simple." He claimed that there was no recovery from Aryan Khan and there was no medical examination to show that there was consumption. Justice Sambre gave instructions to court staff to look into the matter. Later, the court was informed by a lawyer that the subordinates of the lawyers in the courtroom want entry into the courtroom. Following this, Aryan Khan moved a bail application in the Bombay High Court against the NDPS court order on his bail rejection. The Bombay High Court on October 21 said it would hear Aryan Khan's bail application on October 26. Will Aryan Khan walk out of jail?
