Bus carrying school children overturns in Prayagraj; 2 dead
Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh), December 17: Two school children died and over a dozen have been injured after their bus overturned in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj on Saturday morning.
The bus was carrying 75 children and overturned in the Saidabad area of Prayagraj district in Uttar Pradesh.
"A bus, carrying school children, overturned in Saidabad's Bhiski village near Handia Police Station, leaving over a dozen children of Kanti Devi Public School injured," Abhishek Aggrawal, ACP, Ganga Paar informed on Saturday.
"It was learned that the students were on a tour when the incident took place," he added.

The bus driver, who was carrying Kanti Devi Janata Vidyalaya students from Jaunpur to Mangarh in Prayagraj, lost control of the vehicle while trying to save two people on a bike.
Students who have been seriously injured have also been referred to SRN Hospital in Prayagraj. Both bike riders were injured in the accident.
