New Delhi, September 26: In a major burglary incident that rocked the national capital, thieves made off with a substantial amount of jewellery after creating an opening in the strong room wall of a store located in the Bhogal area. "We closed the shop on Sunday, and when we opened it on Tuesday after being closed on Monday, we noticed dust throughout the store and a breach in the strong room's wall... We believe the thieves have taken everything. The stolen jewellery was valued at approximately Rs 20-25 crore. The entry seems to have been made from the terrace. All our CCTV equipment has been damaged. An investigation is currently underway," he added.

Visual evidence from the scene depicted a substantial hole in the wall, positioned along the staircase.
