The Delhi government has announced six 'dry days' for the last quarter of the current financial year

On the aforementioned days, the sale of liquor will be prohibited in the national capital.

Simultaneously, several BJP leaders, including Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, have put forth a demand for January 22, the date of the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya to be declared a dry day.

A momentous consecration ceremony for the Ram Temple is scheduled to take place in Ayodhya on January 22. As of now, four Indian states, namely Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam, and Chhattisgarh, have officially declared a 'dry day' on January 22 in honor of this significant event.
