Major security breach: 2 SUVs with same registration number spotted at Lutyens
PTC News desk: In a major security breach, police spotted two SUVs with the same registration number parked in the high-security Tughlaq Road area.
According to Delhi Police, the vehicles were flagged by a VIP's security officers, who then contacted the police.
The incident occurred on the evening of March 18.
The police have filed an FIR under Sections 482 (using a false property mark) and 471 (presenting a forged document as real) of the Indian Penal Code.
According to authorities, the vehicles were registered in the name of a Faridabad resident, and one of the SUVs had a valid licence plate that was cloned by another vehicle.
A further investigation into the situation is underway.
