Tarun Chugh elected unopposed to Rajya Sabha from Madhya Pradesh
PTC News Desk: National Genral Secretary of the Bhartiya Janata Party and prominent party face in Punjab Tarun Chugh has been elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha from Madhya Pradesh.
Chugh's election to the upper house of the Parliament comes at a time when Bittu's tenure as member of Parliament nears end with speculations rife that he could assume active role in Punjab politics ahead of the Assembly elections in 2027.
