Punjab Assembly Elections 2022: Nihal Singh Wala constituency is located in the Moga district of Punjab. It is one of the 117 seats of Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Aam Aadmi Party's Manjit Singh Bilaspur won the last assembly elections and is the current MLA of Nihal Singh Wala. He won the 2017 elections by defeating Rajwinder Kaur Bhagike of Congress with a margin of 27,574 votes. Voters According to the voter list for the 2017 assembly elections, the total number of voters in the constituency is 91,262. 200 polling stations were established by the election commission during these elections. A total of 1,50,916 votes were cast in the Nihal Singh Wala constituency and the percentage was 78.91%, which was recorded higher than the state average. Candidates Aam Aadmi Party's Manjit Singh, Shiromani Akali Dal's S.R. Kaler and Congress' Rajwinder Kaur were MLA candidates for the Nihal Singh Wala constituency in the 2017 Punjab assembly elections. Manjit Singh (AAP) grabbed 67,313 votes, while Rajwinder Kaur (Congress) got 39,739 votes. S.R. Kaler (SAD) managed to get 34,865 votes.
