Odd-even scheme in Delhi: CM Arvind Kejriwal announces rules, dates and fine

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that the Odd-even scheme will be implemented from November 4 to November 15. The scheme will also include vehicles coming from other states, and only be implemented on non-transport 4-wheelers vehicles; 2-wheelers will be exempted. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays. Violating the odd-even scheme will incur a fine of Rs 4000. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1184724300437155841 Arvind Kejriwal said, "President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Governors, Chief Justice of India, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Vehicles of Union Ministers, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha Leaders of Opposition, vehicles of Chief Ministers of States and UTs, will be exempted from odd-even scheme.
