PM Modi addresses Indian community in Denmark

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is in Denmark for a one-day visit is addressing the Indian Community in the country. Talking to the Indian community in Copenhagen, PM Modi started his address by saying that Danish PM Mette Frederiksen's presence is the evidence of "love and respect" she has for the people of India. During the interaction, the Indian PM added, "Last year, when international travel became possible, PM Frederiksen was the first Head of Government whom we had the opportunity to welcome in India. It shows the strengthening of India-Denmark relations. What's special is that our Green Strategic Partnership is guided by her personal priorities and values." PM Modi PM Modi further stated that inclusiveness and cultural diversity is the strength of the Indian community and praised the peaceful and hardworking nature of the Indians. It might be any language, but the culture of all of us is Indian," the PM stated.PM Modi "Wherever an Indian goes in the world, he contributes sincerely to his land of work, for that country. Many times when I meet world leaders, they proudly tell me about the achievements of the Indian community settled in their countries," he added. Talking about Indian Covid-19 vaccines, Prime Minister Modi said, "Imagine what would have happened if we hadn't been able to provide vaccination to every family in India. What would have happened if India had not worked on developing effective, made in India vaccines cand had not produced them on a large scale?" Earlier in the day, India and Denmark signed nine agreements after Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with his Danish counterpart Mette Frederiksen. India, Denmark sign nine agreements (1) The nine agreements include the letter of intent between the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, GOI and the Ministry of Business, Industry and Financial Affairs of Denmark on the Centre of Excellence in Green Shipping, according to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). A Declaration of Intent (DoI) on Migration and Mobility was also signed between the two countries on Tuesday.
