Punjab's by-elections included four assembly seats: Gidderbaha, Dera Baba Nanak, Chabbewal (SC), and Barnala.
In the by-elections to Punjab's four Assembly constituencies, voter turnout was around 63.91%. The Gidderbaha segment had the highest polling at 81.90%, followed by Dera Baba Nanak at 64.01 percent, Barnala at 56.34 percent, and Chabbewal at 53.43 percent.
