PTC Film Awards Event finally begins…
PTC Film Awards has begun with a bang! The PTC Film Awards are being held tonight at JLPL ground, Sector 66 in Mohali. Some of the biggest stars from the Punjabi film fraternity have already started arriving for the Red Carpet reception. From Prem Chopra, famous director Rakesh Omprakash Mehra to Divya Dutta, Gurnam Bhullar all Bollywood and Pollywood stars have started arriving in their great styles.

PTC Film Awards are envisaged as an event to celebrate the rich traditions and rustic beauty of Punjab through Punjabi movies. Punjabi Film industry is making its presence felt at the world stage. Earlier, there were no efforts to recognize the talent of those who were making it happen. It was then PTC stepped in and filled this void.
PTC Film awards have come a long way in all these years. The annual event celebrates the efforts of the Punjabi Film Industry that contains the flavor of the soil of Punjab. It celebrates the simplicity and rusticity of Punjab. It is more tuned to the ground reality.

Most awaited PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2019 are scheduled for March 16. The event will be hosted by starts like Divya Dutta and Sonu Sood. It will be telecast live on PTC Punjabi on March 16, right after Gurbani. The performances will be given by Gippy Grewal, Guru Randhawa, the melodious Rabbi Shergill, Pratap, and Harish, are few names among others.
