After Sunanda Sharma, Punjabi singer Shree Brar alleges exploitation against Pinky Dhaliwal
PTC News Desk: A day after music producer Pinky Dhaliwal was arrested over allegations of exploitation levelled by Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma, Punjabi singer Shree Brar has weighed in and filed a complaint against the producer.
Brar took to Instagram to share to narrate his ordeal, stating, “Sat Sri Akal ji Sariyan Nu, I want to share something important with you all. We have officially lodged a complaint against Pinky Dhaliwal for the deceitful acts he committed against us, backed by proof. First of all, I feel proud of Sunanda Sharma for bravely fighting this battle.”
Punjabi singer also revealed that despite approaching then Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi around two to three years ago, no resolution was achieved.
"Their power was such that they even changed my phone number, linked to my bank account to theirs, taking full control over my financial matters. Just like Sunanda Sharma, I never received my rightful earnings. The level of power they hold is terrifying," he added.
Brar further asserted that the problem is more than what meets the eye. According to him, Dhaliwal and his associates have vast connections within the industry and anyone who voice against them is subjected to industry-wide boycotts and personal attacks.
