Naib Tehsildar recruitment scam: Patiala police arrest 3rd rank holder Baldeep Singh
Naib Tehsildar recruitment scam: Patiala Police arrested another candidate selected for the post of Naib Tehsildar conducted by the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
Baldeep Singh, who was ranked third in the combined merit list released in October, was nabbed at Dhundia village near Moonak.
Patiala SSP Varun Sharma confirmed the arrest.

As per the latest update, four candidates among nine persons have been arrested so far in naib tehsildar scam.
Meanwhile, earlier the Patiala Police arrested 12th rank holder Lovepreet Singh, Balraj Singh came second in the exam, Verinderpal Chaudhry, who was ranked 21st on the merit list.
Earlier also Patiala police arrested two persons in the naib tehsildar recruitment scam including the second rank holder.
Meanwhile, Patiala SSP Varun Sharma will address the conference on November 28 evening to provide details about the arrests.
