Punjab Police foil target killing plot two suspects linked to Babbar Khalsa International arrested
PTC News Desk: In a significant breakthrough, Punjab Police on Sunday arrested two individuals allegedly for carrying put a targetted killing of rival gang members in the state orchestrated by their handlers based abroad.
Both the accused identified as Lovedeep Singh alias Love and Tek Chand alias Tinku are reportedly associated with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).

According to the Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav, the attack was part of a broader conspiracy to spread terror and unrest across the state.
"In a major breakthrough, Gurdaspur Police arrests two accused — Lovedeep Singh @ Love and Tek Chand @ Tinku — who are being handled by foreign-based radicalised gangsters Gurdev Jassal and Gurlal @ Gullu, associated with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist organisation," Punjab DGP said.
“Preliminary probe reveals that the duo is tasked by their foreign handlers... to carry out targeted killings of rival gang members in #Punjab as part of a larger conspiracy to spread terror and unrest in the state,” Yadav said in a post on X.
The police have also recovered .32 caliber pistols with live cartridges from the accused.
Further investigation is underway trace their network and establish forward and backward linkages.
