Shots fired at former Ludhiana MLA Simarjit Singh Bains' vehicle, family feud suspected
PTC News Desk: Former Ludhiana MLA Simarjit Singh Bains had a close shave after he came under attack on Saturday. According to the information, multiple shots were fired upon his vehicle while he was travelling. His PA confirmed the incident.
The incident reportedly appears to be a fallout of family feud. According to Bains' PA, the firing incident unfolded after he had an argument with his brother and nephew that turned into an altercation and both the parties opened fire at each other.
Fortunately no injuries were reported during the incident.
Earlier, Simarjit Singh Bains and his brother's family got separated owing to ongoing dispute. The matter gradually escalated prompting both the parties to open fire at each other.
