Sidhu Moosewala murder: Deepak Tinu’s aide arrested, makes shocking revelations
Chandigarh, October 30: Police have arrested a close aide of gangster Deepak Tinu, who is the main accused in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.
The arrested accused has been identified as Mohit Bhardwaj. The 32-year-old is said to be a resident of Phase-1, Bapu Dham Colony (BDC). The police also seized a US-made pistol star model from his possession.
Mohit was arrested near Service Line near Shastri Nagar light points, Chandigarh on Friday.
During the investigation, Mohit made some shocking revelations about gangster Tinu's escape bid. According to police officials, Mohit revealed that Deepak Tinu's escape was deliberately planned by suspended CIA Mansa in-charge sub-inspector (SI) Pritpal Singh.

In exchange, Mohit hosted suspended CIA Mansa sub-inspector (SI) Pritpal Singh. He took the suspended officer to the city's best discos and planned his stay in the best hotels.
Mohit has been booked under Arms Act and a case has been registered at the IT Park police station. On Saturday, the accused appeared in court and was taken into police custody until Monday.
According to the police, Mohit is an associate of Deepak Tinu and had been extorting money from local businessmen on his behalf.
