Punjab Assembly elections 2022: Sukhbir Singh Badal announces six more candidates

Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal on Wednesday announced six more candidates for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections 2022.

The six candidates are Jagmeet Singh Brar from Maur, Jeet Mohinder Singh from Talwandi Sabo, Suba Singh from Jaitu, Mantar S Brar from Kotkapura, Kanwarjit S Rosy Barkandi from Mukatsar and Parambans Singh Romana from Faridkot.

"SAD President S Sukhbir Singh Badal announced Jagmeet Singh Brar from Maur, Jeet Mohinder Singh from Talwandi Sabo, Suba Singh from Jaitu, Mantar S Brar from Kotkapura, Kanwarjit S Rosy Barkandi from Mukatsar & Parambans S Romana from Faridkot as the party candidate for Vidhan Sabha," Daljit Singh Cheema tweeted.

Earlier on August 29, the SAD President had announced 3 candidates for the Punjab Assembly Elections 2022.

The three candidates were Sikandar Singh Maluka from Rampura Phool, Parkash Singh Bhatti from Bathinda Rural, and Darshan Singh Kotfatta from Bhucho Mandi Assembly constituency.

It is pertinent to mention that Sukhbir Singh Badal has launched a campaign in order to expose the corrupt and scam-ridden Congress government.

The purpose is to bring the corruption done by CM Captain Amarinder Singh’s government as well as his council of ministers before the people.
