Rewari gangrape was pre-planned; location pre-decided
The gangrape of a 19-year-old was pre-planned, said Special Investigation Team head SP Naazneen Bhasin.
The first one to be arrested in the case, Deen Dayal is not a prime accused but was allegedly involved in the Rewari gangrape case as he owned the room where the crime took place.
The SIT head Superintendent of Police said that Deen Dayal had known it prior to the incident that the rape was planned well-in-advance.
On Sunday, Nishu Phogat, one of the prime accused was arrested by the SIT in the evening, following the arrest of the tubewell-owner Deen Dayal and Doctor Sanjeev who was aware of the entire plan.
SP Bhasin told reports that the doctor’s involvement in the case was proven and he was a part of the plan till the end.
Meanwhile, Haryana Police has approached the military station at Kota in order to apprehend Pankaj, the accused Jawan.

Safety of victim is one of the main concern,arresting remaining accused is another. It doesn't end with arrest but with convection of the accused. So securing evidence&ensuring they get convicted through fast track court would be the next step: Rewari SP added.
