Kiev, March 31: Russian forces on Thursday hit a Ukrainian military base in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killing two people and injuring several. According to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko, two individuals were killed and five injured in the attack. Earlier, the Kharkiv region of north-eastern Ukraine has come under heavy shellfire in the past 24 hours, informed the region's military governor. The heavy bombardment has prevented the opening of evacuation corridors in the region, said Oleh Synyehubov, the head of the Kharkiv region military administration on Telegram.
