Samantha's first ethereal look from film ‘Shakuntalam’ is out now
The wait is finally over for the fans of Family Man 2 actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, as the first poster of the most awaited film, ‘Shakuntalam’ is out and viral like a storm all over social media which made her fans go gaga.
On February 21, 2022, Samantha Ruth Prabhu took her Instagram to share the first poster of the film, in which she can be seen in an ethereal look, donning a white costume with floral jewelry and is seated in the middle of the forest with wild animals around her.
She captioned: "Presenting...Nature's beloved...the ethereal and demure... "Shakuntala" from #Shaakuntalam #Shaakuntalamfirstlook."

The film 'Shakuntalam’ is based on a popular Indian play Shakuntala by Kalidasa in which Shakuntala is the wife of king Dushyant and mother of emperor Bharata. King Dushyant meets Shakuntala when he is out on a hunting trip in the jungle. They fell in love and got married as per the Gandharva system.
The film is directed by Gunasekhar and produced by Neelima Guna and Dil Raju under the banner of Gunna Teamworks and Dil Raju Productions respectively. The film also features Dev Mohan as Dushyanta, the king of the Puru Dynasty.
The Instagram post of Samantha flooded with more than 3k comments and 753k likes and many shares. Fans of Samantha are eagerly waiting for the film which is expected to be released this year.
