Planetary Parade 2023: In a rare alignment of five planets, Saturn, Neptune, Jupiter, Uranus, and Mercury will align together in an arc across the evening this week. 

The rare planetary alignment will be visible from several cities of the world.


A good view of the alignment of five planets will be seen before the sunrise. 

When to see the planetary alignment 2023? 

Set up your reminder for the early hours of June 17 as you will be able to witness the rare alignment of five planets: Mercury, Uranus, Jupiter, Neptune and Saturn will all appear together in the sky. 

You can witness the planetary parade before the sunrise.  As per the information collected, Mercury will be the last to come into the sky. 

Can all witness the rare alignment with naked eyes?

The Neptune and Uranus will be a little challenging to spot and you might need a telescope or a pair of binoculars to witness these to planets. 

The Jupiter and Saturn will be able to spot with the naked eyes and Mercury will be a little trickier to witness as it will be the last one to appear in the sky. 

Rare Alignment in sky: Timings of each planet 

As per the information collected, 

Saturn will be the first planet to witness as it will rise at 11:41 pm in the skies on June 16-17. 

Neptune  will be the second planet to witness after Saturn. 

Jupiter will be bright third planet  which will rise after 02:30 am.

Uranus one will be fourth planet with the magnitude 5.8. 

Mercury will be the fifth planet to appear in the sky which will rise after 04:23 am from India. 

How to see the rare alignment of 5 planets? 

Firstly, choose the perfect time that is before the sunrise to witness the rare planetary parade of five planets together in the sky. One you succeeded in choosing the right time, you can watch the rare alignment by a pair of binoculars or telescope.
