SGPC Junior Vice President Surinder Singh passes away at 66
Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee member and Pracharak Principal Surinder Singh left for heavenly abode on Monday night. His last rites will be performed today, June 14 at 4 pm at Sri Anandpur Sahib.

Family members rushed him to the local Bhai Jaita Hospital at around 11.45 pm where doctors declared him dead. He was 66 years old and became a member of Shiromani Committee from Sri Anandpur Sahib on a ticket issued by Shiromani Akali Dal in 2011 and was currently serving as Junior Vice President.
On the demise of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee member and Pracharak Principal Surinder Singh, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, former Cabinet Minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra, Cabinet Minister Harjot Bains have expressed deep sorrow.
