Smriti Irani: Rahul Gandhi has belittled and insulted Indian democracy.
Right after Congress vice-president said that arrogance had crept into the Congress in 2012 as they had lost touch with people, Smriti Irani, Union Minister hits back at Rahul Gandhi while addressing media in Delhi.
She said that perhaps he forgot that his mother was the party president.

Smriti Irani said: “This confession by Rahul Gandhi is something his party needs to introspect.”
“What he said about Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not surprising. A failed dynast has no good words to speak about cooperative federalism in foreign soil.”
She said Rahul Gandhi has belittled and insulted Indian democracy.
“Since he has no backing here, he is complaining abroad. Rahul Gandhi should answer what development work he has done in his own constituency while he was giving his vision about India in the US,” she added.
