WPL 2023: BCCI announces release of request for quotation for Partnership Rights for tournament

Mumbai (Maharashtra), February 9: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a Request for Quotation for Women's Premier League Partnership Rights.

The BCCI is seeking bids from reputable organisations to acquire official partnership rights for the Women's Premier League. The tender process's detailed terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, the bid submission process, rights and obligations, and so on, are contained in the 'Request for Quotation' ("RFQ"), which will be made available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax.

The process for obtaining the RFQ documents is detailed in Annexure A to this notice. The request for proposal will be available for purchase until February 17, 2023.

Interested parties should email the details of their payment for the RFQ purchase to rfq@bcci.tv, following the procedure outlined in Annexure A. It is clarified that the RFQ documents will be shared only after payment of the non-refundable RFQ fee has been confirmed.

Any interested party who wishes to submit a bid must first purchase the RFQ. However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the RFQ and agree to the other terms and conditions outlined in it will be eligible to bid. It is made clear that simply purchasing the RFQ does not entitle anyone to bid.

The BCCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the bidding process at any time and for any reason.
