We can ask the High Court to expedite the cases against politicians." The court also said that Lalu Prasad Yadav has only served only 14 months against 25-year conviction. We don't think we can grant bail dismissed." On Tuesday, Central Bureau of Investigation said that Rashtriya Janata Dal Chief must not be allowed any reprieve to pursue his political activities. Lalu Prasad Yadav was convicted in 2017 in yet another fodder scam case. He had been at a hospital in Ranchi for much of his sentence so far.
