Billionaire Elon Musk sued by ex-girlfriend Grimes; check details
PTC Web Desk: In a recent development, Canadian musician Grimes, whose legal name is Claire Boucher, has filed a petition in San Francisco Superior Court seeking parental relationship of her three kids with billionaire Elon Musk, namely son X AE A-12, daughter Exa Dark Siderael Musk, born via surrogate in 2021, and their third child, Techno Mechanicus.
Grimes' petition alleges that Elon Musk is denying her access to one of their children, prompting her to request the court's intervention in defining legal parenthood for unmarried couples.
Elon Musk and Grimes had an on-again, off-again relationship from 2018 until their official separation in September 2021. Their third child's existence became public knowledge last month when it was disclosed in Walter Isaacson's biography of Elon Musk. The biography also unveiled details about Musk's efforts to win over Grimes, including via a high-speed Tesla Autopilot ride.
During an interview with Wired, the Canadian musician shared insights into her relationship with Elon Musk, describing it as akin to "the best internship ever." She expressed admiration for Musk's ability to navigate various social issues, referring to him as a "great leader" in these arenas, even though his involvement often stirs controversy. Grimes also noted that their children's upbringing would be uniquely intense because "being Elon's child is a distinctive experience compared to being a child of anyone else."
Elon Musk has a total of ten living children with three different women. He shares five children with Canadian author Justine Wilson and welcomed twins with Neuralink director Shivon Zilis in November 2021, just one month before the birth of his second child with Grimes.
