Noida cab driver speeds to escape police; family begs to stop as child cries | Video Viral
A family’s cab ride turned into a terrifying experience in Noida when the driver allegedly drove recklessly for several kilometres to escape the police. The incident happened when a couple and their child were travelling from Greater Noida West to Connaught Place in New Delhi.
About 10 minutes into the trip, traffic police signalled the cab to stop. Instead, the driver sped up and began driving dangerously. In a video that has gone viral, the family can be heard begging the driver to stop. The man pleaded, “Please stop, our child is scared,” while the woman said, “Bhaiya, please let us get down and then you continue.”

The driver refused to stop, claiming he was driving safely and would be caught if he pulled over. The family said their child was terrified, and at one point, they even asked the driver to slow down so they could jump out. They also alleged that the cab had earlier hit another vehicle.
Noida Police confirmed that action has been taken. According to DCP Central Noida, the Phase-3 police station detained the driver, seized the cab, and issued a challan. A case has been registered, and legal action is underway.
