Ranveer Singh expresses joy in the company of 'Mera Mahi' MS Dhoni
Mumbai, October 5: Ranveer Singh, the Bollywood actor, radiates joy as he shares a selfie with former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
On Instagram, Ranveer posted a selfie featuring him and MS Dhoni. Alongside the picture, he expressed, "Mera Mahi[?][?] @mahi7781 #hero #icon #legend #goat #bigbrother."
In the photo, Ranveer dons a stylish black outfit, flaunting his Simmba persona, while Dhoni sports a new long-haired look with a blue t-shirt. Ranveer also plants a kiss on Dhoni's cheek in the photo.
The moment the picture was uploaded, fans and industry friends flooded the comments section. Actor Nupur Sanon wrote, "At the top," and one user commented, "Two favorites in one frame."
On Wednesday, Ram Charan, the 'RRR' actor, also shared a photo with MS Dhoni, referring to him as "India's pride."
Ram Charan posted the picture on Instagram with the caption, "Soo Happy to meet India's pride."
MS Dhoni, fondly known as 'Captain Cool,' led India in 332 international matches, the highest number by any captain. He had a winning percentage of 53.61 as a captain, securing 178 victories out of 332 matches. Dhoni scored 11,207 runs in these matches at an average of 46.89, including 11 centuries and 71 fifties.
Dhoni's successful captaincy extended to franchise cricket as well. He captained the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Under his leadership, CSK won five IPL titles and two Champions League T20 titles.
In 250 IPL matches, Dhoni scored 5,082 runs at an average of 38.79 and a strike rate of 135.92, making him the seventh-highest run-scorer in IPL history.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is gearing up to reprise his role as Simmba in Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again.' Additionally, he will appear in director Farhan Akhtar's upcoming action thriller 'Don 3.'
