Italy offers free vintage home, Rs 25 lakh cash to immigrants to live in this town
Italy, November 21: From time to time we hear news about European cities offering great rewards to those considering moving to a new destination. Latest on the list is Presicce, Italy. Authorities have announced that they will pay immigrants $30,000 (25,000 rupees) bounty to anyone who relocates.

Many countries are seeing the upper middle class move to areas closer to large cities and industrial centers.
