Kisan Andolan | In a significant development in Kisan Andolan, Ambala Police arrested water cannon man.
Navdeep Jalbera associated with the farmers' protest and presented him in Ambala court.
Navdeep Jalbera along with his associate Gurkirat, was detained by Ambala police at Mohali airport on March 28.
Navdeep Jalbera was officially arrested amidst tight security measures and an FIR under Section 307 and 379B levied against him. During the court proceedings, the Court granted a two-day remand of Navdeep Jalbera to police.
Navdeep Jalbera’s lawyer, Advocate Rohit Jain, argued in court against the severity of the charges imposed on Navdeep, stating that they were unjustified. The police seek to gather information from Navdeep regarding the source of sticks, slingshots, modified tractors, and the Fortuner car, for which the court granted a two-day remand.
