1984 anti-Sikh riots : Delhi HC to hear former congress leader Sajjan Kumar’s plea today The Delhi High Court on Friday will hear former congress leader Sajjan Kumar’s plea. Sajjan Kumar on Thursday had requested the Delhi High Court for 30 days to surrender. The Delhi High Court had asked Sajjan Kumar to surrender before December 31 in 1984 anti-Sikh riot case.
