621 farmers committed suicide during 435 days of 'Congress Raj'

621 Farmers commit suicide in Punjab during 435 days of Congress rule As per a report released by the B K U Ekta Ugrahan on Thursday, 621 farmers have committed suicide since the Punjab Congress led by Captain Amarinder Singh came in power. 435 days of Congress Raj witnessed the death of 621 farmers in Punjab due to debt and fake promises of Congress government that were made before coming to power. Mansa, Bathinda and Sangrur in Punjab are majorly affected with farmer suicide, he added. 'Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh made false promise on loan waiver before polls and is now waiving only a fraction of these,' said a spokesperson from the  B K U Ekta Ugrahan. The farmers have been struggling with mounting debts and the government didn't ensure any help for the farmers ever since it came to power. Before the polls Captain Amarinder had promised total loan waiver but he did not keep his promise. -PTC News
