Russia Plane Crash News: In a shocking incident, an airplane with over 28 people on board crashed into the sea off Russia's far eastern Kamchatka peninsula while preparing to land, RIA news agency reported. Reportedly, the plane, an Antonov An-26 twin-engined turboprop, was traveling from regional capital Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Palana, a village in northern Kamchatka.
