Cold waves intensify in Northern India
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the cold wave has intensified in North India. Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 7.2 degrees. Due to Snowfall in the hill stations of Shimla, Manali, Narkanda and Kufri , the temperature of the area has a great fall.

The cold waves have reached Punjab too. The minimum temperature of Bathinda is 3.5 degrees Celsius. , Pathankot is 3.8 degree Celsius, Amritsr at 4 degree Celsius and Gurdaspur at 5.6 degree Celsius
