India-Pakistan trade closed from last three days because of the strike between Customs House Agent (C.H.A) and Labour on the issue of DALA. It is a given name that rupees are paid by truck drivers to CHA for taking Gate pass while exiting ICP. The total loss has reached in crores including Government Revenue.'

This DALA rupee was banned by Customs Commissioner in a meeting. Earlier, 2 years ago, a similar strike was observed on the same issue. But, after some time, C.H.A again started taking the DALA illegal money forcibly.
