Chandigarh, June 13: Fifteen days on, slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala still lives on in the hearts of his fans. His death has indeed proved that his fan following was not only limited to India, but across the globe.

Now, another video of his fan, who is Korean, is being widely shared on social media. In the viral video, he is singing a song of Sidhu Moosewala on his birth anniversary. Despite the song being in Punjabi, he is singing it in the right words and in the style of the slain singer.

Tribute also paid in Time Square

On Sidhu Moose Wala’s 29th birth anniversary, the singer’s videos were played at Times Square in New York. Several people gathered to pay tribute to him at NYC’s iconic building to celebrate and remember the slain Punjabi singer.

Earlier, Nigerian rapper Burna Boy had paid a teary-eyed tribute during his concert to popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

In the videos which went viral on social media, Burna was seen speaking Sidhu’s name on the mic and also sobbed while doing so. “RIP Sidhu Moose Wala,” the rapper said and later did Sidhu’s signature step.

Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead at Jawaharke village of Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29, a day after his security was withdrawn by the Punjab Police among.
