Manjinder Singh Sirsa elected as President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee

Manjinder Singh Sirsa has been elected as the President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee on Friday. Also, Harmeet Singh Kalka has been elected as the General Secretary.

Elections of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee’s (DSGMC) executive board members were held today. The executive board has a tenure of two years that completed on March 29.

According to the DSG Act, elections cannot be held before time. The election requires 15 days time. The Delhi High Court directed the Directorate of Gurdwara Elections and DSGMC to conduct elections of March 15. It extended the elections for six days.
