Metropolitan court slapped life imprisonment to seven in 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots case A Muzaffarnagar metropolitan court on Friday sentenced seven convicts to undergo life imprisonment in the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots case. The convicts were identified as Muzammil, Mujassim, Furkan, Nadeem, Janangir, Afzal and Ikbal. The court had earlier convicted them in the killing of two cousins in Kawal town leading to riots in the area.
