Verka milk prices hiked by Rs 2 per litre from April 30 in Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi-NCR

The company has cited a rise in input costs as the reason behind the price hike

PTC Web Desk: Starting April 30, Verka, a prominent dairy brand in Punjab and North India, will increase the prices of its milk products by up to Rs 2 per litre. The revised prices will be applicable across Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi, and the NCR region, impacting household budgets. The company has cited a rise in input costs as the reason behind the price hike. This move follows a previous increase implemented a few months ago.

New Verka milk prices (Effective April 30)

Full cream milk (FCM): Rs 35 for 500 ml (Rs70/litre)

Standard Milk (STD) – Rs 32 for 500 ml (Rs 64/litre)

Toned Milk (TM) – Rs 29 for 500 ml (Rs 58/litre)

Double Toned Milk (DTM) – Rs 26 for 500 ml (Rs 52/litre)

Cow Milk – Rs 30 for 500 ml (Rs 60/litre)
