Navratri 2019: Indian soldiers do Garba in sub-zero degree temperature [Video]

With Navratri fervor gripping the nation, people across the nation shared Garba videos. One of them, in particular, earned much appreciation. The video, shared by Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region, Jitendra Singh on Twitter, shows Indian Army soldiers doing the Garba in sub-zero temperature.

Three Jawans were seen happily swinging to the Garba despite the inclement weather. “Proud soldiers of the Indian Army celebrate and perform Garba in chilling sub-zero degree temperature. That is the spirit that makes India invincible ... Kuchh Baat Hai Ki Hasti Mit-ti Nahin Hamari!” Singh wrote in his tweet.

Another video of Jawans doing the Garba was shared by business tycoon Anand Mahindra. While it is not confirmed when and where the video was filmed, it has gone viral with over 1.37 lakh views.

A video from Surat showing children doing “hip hop Garba” wearing roller skates also garnered eyeballs. It took over a month for the children to prepare for their performance.
