Three arrested with  50-gm heroin in Mohali.

A unit of the Special Task Force arrested three smugglers and recovered 50 gram of heroin from his possession. The suspect has been identified as Gurjant Singh alias Jogi , Satish Kumar and Manpreet Singh.

The police said acting on a tip-off, a naka was laid at a strategic point.  Three bike-borne persons were stopped at naka and during the search of his belongings narcotics was recovered.  Further probe was on to bust the entire supply line of drugs, the police added"

Meanwhile, a case under the NDPS Act has been registered against the suspects. The suspects will appear before the local court on Saturday.
