Two National Archery Players Dies In A Car Accident In Madhya Pradesh

Two national archery players died after a car in which they were travelling was hit by a truck on Wednesday in Madhya Pradesh. The accident took place near Lalpur airstrip in Shahdol district in Madhya Pradesh.

The deceased have been identified as Jaspal Singh (19) and Saras Soren (21). They both were national level archery champions from Jamshedpur.

According to media sources, the car in which they are travelling was hit by a truck from behind, trapping them inside. Police reached the spot after getting information. It rushed them to a nearby hospital. The duo succumbed to their injuries while on their way to the hospital.

Police has registered a case against the truck driver under relevant sections of the IPC.

Jaspal Singh and Saras Soren were in Madhya Pradesh to participate in the National Archery Championship in Bhopal.
