The Chief Electoral Officer Punjab Subject:- Application for directing the Police to register an FIR against Arvind Kejriwal, Convener of the Aam Admi Party for Sacrilege of the the Holy Gutkas at Shri Muktsar Sahib and Lambi and for spreading Communal hatred and for hobnobbing with Terrorist Outfits Sir, That immediately after the overnight stay of Sh. Arvind Kejriwal in the house of dreaded Khalistan Commando Force Militant Gurinder Singh in Moga, the Holy Gutkas have been found torn in the areas of Shri Muktsar Sahib and Lambi. It is this Militant Gurinder Singh, who in the black days of terrorism had triggered a blast outside the temple in Baghapurana area of Moga and had also thrown chopped tails of Cows inside the temple premises to incite Communal Violence. There have been several incidents of planned sacrilege of Shiri Guru Granth Sahib and the Holy Quran since the time Aam Admi Party has been wanting to make its presence in the political scenario of the State of Punjab. Even one of the MLA’s of the Aam Admi Party was arrested in the matter. These deliberate acts of sacrilege have been done by the Aam Admi Party only to enrage the Public and create tension between Sikhs, Hindus and Muslims. Any act that creates a law and order problem creates direct hatred for the Govt. and gives impetus to the rival parties. After committing sacrilege, Arvind Kejriwal is openly asking for votes on the basis of this issue and fooling people that the perpetrators will be booked for such offences. All this is being done only for securing votes, as the perpetrators are none other than people working for Arvind Kejriwal, people who have no respect for our Gurus. No Government much less the Govt. being run under the leadership of S. Parkash Singh Badal, who has devoted his life for the peace and harmony of Punjab, will involve itself in such heinous acts. These acts are being done at the behest of Arvind Kejriwal only to put hatred for the ruling party in the minds of the people at the time of elections. The matter needs to be seriously investigated and all the persons who have met Sh. Arvind Kejriwal and his associates in these meetings need to be identified and interrogated. We are certain that the offenders will thus, be caught immediately and the true face of this Arvind Kejriwal will come out.
