Change your Snapchat username with this new feature, conditions applied
Snapchat is back with a new feature of changing the username. Yes, you heard it absolutely right! The company has announced to roll out a new feature that will allow you to change your username. From now, one won’t be required to create a new account and still have access to old friends lists, Snap scores, Snap codes and memories.
The feature will roll out from February 23, 2022, and will be released for both iOS and Android users around the world.

One will, however, only be able to alter your username once a year. Furthermore, one will not be able to use a username that has already been used by someone else.
Users will not be able to return to their old username once they have changed it. All of this implies that once the Snapchat username is changed, it will never be exposed to the general public.
Snapchat claims that this was a much-requested feature, and it is now available to its users.
This is a useful tool for folks who have become tired of their old username, as the new one allows them to re-identify themselves. Previously, the new feature was exclusively available to Australian residents.
