Congress leader Sukhpal Bhullar has claimed in a rally that it will open poppy husk vends if Captain Amarinder Singh comes to power in Punjab. This issue has raised an ugly debate in Punjab politics to the extent that party is saying that Amarinder Singh is not part of the PPCC. After this news, PPCC president Pratap Singh Bajwa has sent a notice to Sukhpal Bhullar but so far Captain Amarinder Singh has not made his stand clear on the drug issue.
