Chandigarh: After a lull of 4 days, Bapu Dham colony reports 5 new cases of coronavirus
After reporting no case for 4 days, the Bapu Dham colony in Sector 26 has reported 5 new cases of coronavirus taking the Chandigarh tally to 196. According to the information, the patients are three females aged 10, 29, and 60 years and two men aged 26 and 48 years.
Bapu Dham is a major concern for the Union Territory as the area has a total of 127 cases of coronavirus. Meanwhile, the decisions on relaxations in lockdown 4.0 will be decided in the War Room meeting on Monday.
Schools, colleges, and other educational institutions and coaching institutes in Mohali have been prohibited while online distance learning shall continue to be permitted and shall be encouraged.

Night curfew will be enforced between 7 pm to 7 am in which the movement of individuals for all the non-essential activities shall remain strictly prohibited. In the day hours between 7 am to 7 pm, the movement shall be allowed without passes for permitted activities like shopping, going to the office, and workplace.
